September Supreme Court Arguments at Hastings High School Postponed
Supreme Court arguments at Hastings High School have been postponed from late September until the pandemic has slowed. Nebraska justices will reschedule the Hastings session when the logistics of travel and considerations of attorneys and students are better able to be managed.
Since 2016, the Supreme Court has held oral arguments in high schools throughout Nebraska in order to bring the judicial branch to young people.
The cases originally scheduled for Hastings High School will be heard in the Supreme Court Courtroom. Whether held in the Supreme Court or outside the State Capitol, all argument sessions are open to the public.
