The Nebraska Administrative Office of the Courts & Probation (AOCP) is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to select mental health practitioners and alcohol and drug counselors willing to serve as contract providers for 10 Day Juvenile Primary Evaluation of post-adjudicated/predisposition youth. For the purposes of this RFQ, these court-ordered evaluations include Co-Occurring (CO), Mental Health (MH), and Substance Use (SU) types. 10 Day Juvenile Primary Evaluations will be paid in full by Probation at the current voucher rate. Reimbursement will be available for an appointment “no show,” along with mileage and additional payment enhancement for evaluations provided in-person at detention centers.

Submissions should only take about 5 - 10 minutes.

• Mental Health Evaluations
• Substance Use Evaluations
