A swearing-in ceremony for Cassondra Buethe, Clerk Magistrate of the Richardson County Court, was held September 30, 2020, in the county courtroom in Falls City, Nebraska. Judge Curt Mashman hosted the ceremony.

“Cassie brings eight years of experience with the county courts to her new position as Clerk Magistrate for the Richardson County Court Clerk Magistrate,” according to Trial Court Services Director Sheryl Connolly. “In addition, she has a passion for organization and an interest in technological advancements available to Nebraska courts.  These attributes will serve her well in the rapidly changing world and today’s justice system.”

Buethe previously worked as an assistant clerk for the Nemaha County Court. She began her clerk magistrate duties on September 14, 2020, replacing former Clerk Magistrate Nancy Deklotz.
