A swearing-in ceremony for Allison O’Neill as Clerk Magistrate of York County Court was held April 15, 2022, in the York County Courthouse in York, Nebraska. Judge Lynelle Homolka opened and hosted the ceremony. 

O’Neill began her duties as Clerk Magistrate on February 11, 2022, replacing former Clerk Magistrate Kathy Barnes.
