A swearing-in ceremony for Chelsie Sparks as Clerk Magistrate of Cheyenne County Court was held April 25, 2022, in the Cheyenne County Courthouse in Sidney, Nebraska. Judge Randin Roland opened and hosted the ceremony. 

Chelsie Sparks began her duties as Clerk Magistrate on February 21, 2022, replacing former Clerk Magistrate Lori Bartling.
