A swearing-in ceremony for Samantha Johnson as Clerk Magistrate of Dodge County Court was held August 25, 2023, in the Dodge County Courthouse in Fremont, Nebraska. Area County Court Judges Thomas Klein, Francis Barron and Edward Matney hosted the ceremony. 

Johnson began her duties as Clerk Magistrate on August 1, 2023.
