The Employee of the Year is a reliable, determined, and results-oriented individual who consistently exceeds their daily work expectations.

A valued member of the Nebraska Judicial Branch, Bert Meschke, was instrumental in restructuring court offices in the 8th Judicial District this past year. Meschke proved invaluable as she traveled from court to court whenever needed to lend a helping hand. She’s proven more than proficient during the reorganization: developing a library of county court forms, updating office and courtroom technology, and finding unique remedies for each new challenge.
