Records Division Supervisor, Chris Downing, selflessly assumed the roles of three more people during the pandemic. Working on an altered schedule, she juggled the training of incoming staff, while keeping up with an increase of records requests from local, state, and federal government. Incredibly, she still initiated special projects of streamlining recordkeeping while eliminating inconsistencies.
