Michele Lueders, Juvenile Intake and Detention Alternatives Specialist; Julie Smith, Out of Home Program Specialist; and Jen Manning, Program Officer from the Juvenile Services Division have worked diligently with probation districts, facilities, and community based services throughout the pandemic to provide appropriates services to youth in congregate care and detention facilities.  They have staffed cases to come up with creative options, worked around the clock to assist probation officers find alternatives and developed creative processes ensure access to facility-based services.
