The staff of the Washington and Burt County Courts has achieved Everyday Hero status through their dedicated support of the Nebraska County Courts. Rachel Olson, Sarah Deemer, and Twila Alexander have been, and remain, ready to provide onsite and remote assistance to neighboring courts in need. They voluntarily used vacation time during the pandemic to implement social distancing in their offices and stepped up to provide continued access to court users despite their office relocation during the pandemic.

These staffers have been exemplary team players, serving the public and supporting the greater judicial branch in the most professional manner during exceptionally challenging times.
