Rehabilitative Service’s staff, within the Programs and Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation, is ready to complete the annual finalization of service payments in preparation for the closing of this fiscal year.

Rehabilitative Services is tasked with the management of legislatively allocated service dollars. This management includes consistently applying eligibility guidelines and reporting expenditures to the Legislature and other stakeholders. In this endeavor, Rehabilitative Services works to finalize payments in the fiscal year in which the service occurred, which helps with timely provider payment, case management, court reports and budgetary decisions. As we near the end of this fiscal year, Rehabilitative Services directs Registered Service Providers to submit billing for services occurring between 7/1/2019 and 6/30/2020 prior to the closing of the financial reporting for this fiscal year. Staff will then finalize all payments, for services that have taken place, and begin preparations for the new fiscal year.
