New managers and supervisors in the courts were invited to attend a four-hour course regarding topics specific to their role. This course was offered in conjunction with New Employee Orientation.

Joyce Welsch, Director of Human Resources, was the instructor for the class of eight new managers from across the state. The course was presented on April 24, 2018, at the Judicial Branch Education offices in Lincoln. It was developed at the request of the Clerk Magistrate Curriculum Committee.
