The new US postage rates will take effect on July 14, 2024. The key changes are:

• The price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp will increase by 5 cents, from 68 cents to 73 cents.
• Metered letters will go up from 64 cents to 69 cents.
• Domestic postcards will increase from 53 cents to 56 cents.
• International postcards and letters (1 oz.) will rise from $1.55 to $1.65.
• The additional-ounce price for single-piece letters will increase from 24 cents to 28 cents.
