Former Chief Justice C. Thomas White Dies December 11
Former Chief Justice C Thomas White, Omaha, died December 11, 2020, at the age of 92.
In 1965, C. Thomas White was appointed to the Nebraska District Court in Columbus, NE. In 1976, he was appointed to the Nebraska Supreme Court and sat as a judge on that court until 1994. At that time, he was appointed Chief Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court and so served until his retirement from the bench in 1998.
