Freeman Appointed Court of Appeals Judge in Fourth Judicial District
PaTricia A. Freeman of Papillion was appointed Court of Appeals judge for the Fourth Judicial District of Nebraska on April 11, 2025.
According to Gov. Pillen’s office, for more than seven years, Freeman has been a county court judge in the Second Judicial District. Over the past two years, she has been the presiding judge in that district.
The judicial vacancy is due to the June 30 retirement of Judge David Arterburn.
