Governor Ricketts proclaimed May as Drug Court month in a personal signing ceremony with Chief Justice Mike Heavican accompanied by state probation officials.

While signing the drug court month proclamation, the Governor noted that it is his “pleasure and honor” to be able to proclaim May as Drug Court month in the State of Nebraska. The Governor looked to the Chief Justice remarking, “Thank you very much for all of the efforts of the courts in serving the people of the State of Nebraska with restorative programs, particularly drug courts.”
