Hoeft Moves to District Court in 10th Judicial District

Judge Timothy Hoeft has been appointed as a district court judge in the 10th Judicial District (Adams, Clay, Franklin, Harlan, Kearney, Nuckolls, Phelps, and Webster counties) replacing Judge Terri Harder. At the option of Hoeft, his primary office will be in either Hastings, Minden, or Holdrege.  His appointment was announced on July 31, 2024.

Hoeft has been a county court judge in the 10th Judicial District since 2013. Before that, he was the county attorney for Phelps County and served as deputy county attorney in the same office.
