HOPE Curriculum Going Statewide

HOPE Curriculum Going Statewide

Judicial Branch Education is bringing the third core of Advanced Coaching for Excellence (AC4E) Training--the HOPE curriculum focusing on engagement to the Administrative Office and to probation offices across the state.

The first module of HOPE training focuses on the concepts of the “H” symbolizing Humanity.  The humanity module discusses the realities of being a HOPE Dealer, while calling on individuals to identify their “why,” and how that “why” drives the pursuit of probation’s mission and vision. Through doing so, those served by probation come to understand they have a choice and ownership in a more positive and fulfilling life outside of involvement in the criminal justice system.  Consecutive months will focus on the concepts of cultivating Optimism, Perspective, and Empathy.

HOPE training is rolling out now to probation district in Nebraska. Trainers in each district are delivering an amazing curriculum to employees across the state.
