Her results-oriented commitment continues to fuel her desire to improve the efficiency of the entire state probation system. Working to engage not just those in probation or the courts. Brady continually assesses needs, plans solutions, reviews outcomes and demonstrates a targeted application of implementation science. Her ability to elevate others and call to their strengths makes her leadership shine.
