JDAI Assessment Approval Draws Media Interest in Grand Island

A late December request for Hall County to approve a study of the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative program drew the attention of local media and garnered approval through the Board of Commissioners.  County Court Judge Albert Corey, along with Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation staffers Monica Miles-Steffens and Michele Lueders advocated for the program noting, “JDAI seeks to build a better and more equitable juvenile justice system.”
