The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation is announcing the release of the fourth annual Juvenile Services Division: Detailed Analysis for fiscal year 2019.  The publication provides information and data elements which impact juvenile justice reform.  These include data elements focused on specific stages of the juvenile justice system, as well as positive progress enhancements which have been implemented over the past fiscal year, which are noted throughout the publication.  Of significance, this fiscal year’s report shows essential progress regarding youth recidivism as the rate reduced by 2% as compared to fiscal year 2018.  The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation is dedicated to continued enhancement to the juvenile justice system for youth and families in Nebraska.
