Language Access Team First Call for Interpretation

Gracias, Merci, Danke, Obrigado, and Mahalo to our court and probation colleagues.  Through our combined efforts over the last six months, we have been able to reduce long calls to LanguageLine by 53%.  Instead of calling LanguageLine directly, contact the Language Access Operations Team to handle interpreting needs internally.  Court and probation colleagues tout the ease and convenience of going through Language Access and the quality of interpreters provided.  Feedback is welcome as we work to maximize resources and experience.
