Marsha Anderson, Clerk Magistrate of the Howard County Court to Retire November 2017
Howard County Court Clerk Magistrate Marsha Anderson submitted her notice of retirement effective November 30, 2017, after over 28 years of service to the Judicial Branch.
“Marsha Anderson’s quiet courtesy and professionalism have made the court system less intimidating to those who found themselves in her court. Customer service was natural to Marsha even before it became a watch-word throughout the Nebraska Judicial Branch,” according to Trial Court Services Director Sheryl Connolly.
County Court Judge Tami Schendt wished Anderson well in her retirement saying, “Marsha has always been a pleasure for colleagues and judges to work with … she will be missed.”
Immediately prior to the retirement of Ms. Anderson, a Clerk Magistrate or Interim Clerk Magistrate will be designated for the court.
