Channel 10/11 in Lincoln aired a story about the lack of mental health services for Nebraskans in need and the resulting problems for state and local agencies. Deb Minardi, Probation Administrator, and Deputy Administrator Kari Rumbaugh were both quoted in the story about probation's efforts to match probationers with mental health resources.
