Nebraska Supreme Court Discusses Partnership with Universities to Launch Program Training Future Probation Officers

During the Chief Justice’s Summer Tour, the Nebraska Supreme Court visited Doane University to strengthen its partnership with the school, focusing on training students to become probation officers. Through a collaborative new program, students will be able to earn academic credits for completing a nine-week program and have opportunities for internships with the judicial branch. This initiative aims to attract more students to work within the judicial system while providing valuable hands-on experience.
