The audio-visual courtroom upgrade for trial courts was a featured presentation during the Clerk of the District Court orientation workshop on February 8-10, 2023, in Grand Island.  Clerks were given information on the background of the Supreme Court-sponsored project and informed of their role in the process, ranging from design to installation. 

Clerks who have already received the new technology were encouraged to share their experiences with those that are still working towards completion. Over 15 courtrooms have received new equipment with most recent installations have been in Burt and Washington Counties.
