The Nebraska Supreme Court has approved a new per-page fee schedule for preparing bills of exceptions and transcripts of proceedings. Neb. Ct. R. § 1-218 requires the State Court Administrator to annually review the fee schedule and make recommendations for any changes to the Nebraska Supreme Court for their approval. The new per-page fee schedule goes into effect on January 1, 2024.
