Members of District 4A Probation volunteered their time to support the annual ‘One Day Without Shoes’ event hosted in part by Omaha’s Stephen Center. These probation officers helped sort and count a portion of the 2,236 pairs of shoes that the event raised this year. They volunteered on Saturday, May 14, working with the Shoe Collection. Stephen Center partners with the community, family, and individuals to overcome homelessness, addiction, and poverty, making this a great cause for these officers to support.

Chief Probation Officer Damon Strong commented, “District 4A Probation was very grateful to play a part in this event.”
