Stephanie Smith came into her role with a limited understanding of the court or legal system but took serious initiative in building her knowledge in court-related processes and procedures. She shares her expertise while helping to train new hires within her court, and despite the expansive technical knowledge required, Smith conveys information in a way that makes it understandable to all. She continually finds solutions to overcome complicated issues. Her ingenuity and bright outlook keep those working with her motivated and energized.
