The outstanding customer service award recognizes employees who implement creative and effective programs that improve customer assistance.
Unfaltering, reliable support is the hallmark of the JUSTICE Help Desk. Members of the team quickly adapted to the changes and increased usage caused by the COVID Pandemic, answering approximately 1,200 automated calls and 20 emails requesting assistance per month, in addition to the standard calls each individual receives on a regular basis. Both call volume and the complexity of questions continue throughout the pandemic recovery.
