A notable instance of her proactive approach is evident in her initiative to provide lunches for presenters and participants of Crime Victim Empathy classes. This initiative arose from her realization that many lacked the means to go out for lunch or bring an adequate sack lunch for the break. Julie is truly a valuable asset to District 9, and her passion for helping others serves as an inspiration to those around her.
