Outstanding Probation Supervisor Award, 2023
Awarded to: Kalie Lindsley, Platte County Probation
Kalie is an outstanding example of the embodiment of leadership. She excels in problem solving and models superior deductive reasoning skills for her team. She is knowledgeable in both juvenile and adult probation protocol and collaborates well with stakeholders. Since her promotion to Reporting Center Coordinator in 2019, Kalie has recruited new providers and launched new classes. Programming that was previously cancelled due to low attendance now has waiting lists. Kalie skillfully supervises all adult probation officers and substance use monitors in the Columbus office and meets monthly with individual staff members on her team to provide guidance, direction, and support. In addition to her services as an AC4E Hope Trainer, Kalie helps with Juvenile Intake on-call, leads the District 5 Culture Committee and sits on the Behavioral Health coalition for the northern District 5 counties.
The Bob Keller Memorial Award recognizes exceptional performance by a probation supervisor. Recipients exhibit exemplary leadership, effective guidance of change, achievement of sustainable results, or strength in coaching and mentoring.
