Platte District Court Judge Jason Bergevin Appointed to Nebraska Supreme Court
Judge Jason M. Bergevin of the Platte County District Court was appointed to the Nebraska Supreme Court on January 2, 2025.
Bergevin joined the district court bench of the 5th Judicial District in 2022. Before his judicial appointment, he served in the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office and as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the Nebraska Air National Guard.
He fills the vacancy created by the appointment of Justice Jeffery Funke to the position of Chief Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
