Camp Ashland, the Army National Guard facility located near Ashland, Nebraska, is serving as a quarantine location for coronavirus evacuees from Wuhan China. With their arrival, the Attorney Services Division is sponsoring ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions to highlight the resources in Nebraska’s recently published Pandemic Bench Book. The book provides background on the law controlling the issues that courts will most likely see in cases involving those in quarantine. Noon education programs were held on February 18 in Lincoln, February 19 in Omaha, and March 2 in Papillion.
