Senator Carolyn Bosn recently embarked on a tour of Lincoln Industries, a visit that included a touching encounter with a familiar face. During her visit, Bosn had the pleasure of running into Matt Hutchinson, a recent graduate of the Lancaster County Adult Drug Court. The two had previously crossed paths at the drug court graduation ceremony earlier that week, where Bosn had attended to show her support for the participants.

Hutchinson, who successfully completed the rigorous program, had requested Bosn’s presence in his graduation photo. Upon recognizing him during her tour, Bosn requested that Hutchinson be in her photograph.
