On the eerie morning of Halloween 2023, Supreme Court Justices and their diabolically dedicated employees gathered for a spine-tingling pumpkin carving competition. 

In a twist of fate, all attorneys with cases scheduled for October 31 were summoned to serve as the judges for this nontraditional event.

Hosted by the Clerk of the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the ghoulishly creative showdown turned into a devilishly creative competition – with entry #2 (the pumpkin-eating pumpkin and friend) taking the top number of votes.
