The Nebraska Supreme Court has published its 2021-2023 Strategic Agenda. The document identifies the ongoing overarching goals of the Nebraska Judicial Branch as:

• Goal 1: Providing Access to Swift, Fair Justice
• Goal 2: Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults
• Goal 3: Addressing Community Safety
• Goal 4: Being Accountable to the Public
• Goal 5: Strengthening Communication with Citizens and Government
• Goal 6: Regulating the Legal Profession

This document reflects the goals and the hard work that goes on in courthouses and offices in all 93 counties where court and probation services are delivered every day. It is thanks to the ongoing support, creativity, and effort of all members of the Judicial Branch that Strategic Agenda initiatives are able to be accomplished.
