Supreme Court to Hear Arguments at Omaha’s Northwest High Magnet School
The morning of March 5, 2020, the Nebraska Supreme Court will hear a full round of arguments at Creighton School of Law followed by a question answer session with students. In the afternoon, the Court will reassemble at Northwest Magnet High school for an additional argument and lessons on the court system. Northwest’s magnet focus is on law, government, and international diplomacy.
The visits and education sessions are part of a continuing effort by the Nebraska Supreme Court and the legal community to raise awareness of court processes and the importance of civics education in American society.
