A-17-344, Stacy M. Lytle (appellant) v. Anthony D. Lytle
Saline County, District Judge Ricky A. Schreiner
Attorney for Appellant: Sean M. Reagan (Reagan, Melton & Delaney)
Attorney for Appellee: Matthew Hanson (Hanson, Hroch & Kuntz)
Civil Action: Modification of Child Custody/Parenting Time and Child Support
Action Taken by Trial Court: The district court found a material change in circumstances had occurred since entry of the decree, but left custody as it was (joint legal and physical). The court modified the parenting schedule from an 8/6 schedule to an alternating weekly schedule. Under a new child support calculation, the mother was ordered to pay $63 per month.
Assignments of Error on Appeal: The mother assigns, restated, that the district court erred by: (1) modifying the parenting plan to an alternating weekly schedule instead of finding it was in the best interests of the child to maintain the 10/4 parenting schedule the parties had been using; and (2) ordering the child support proposed by the father.
