Criminal Action: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: HGH (Anabolic Steroids); Motion to Suppress
Action Taken by Trial Court: The District Court denied Krajicek’s motion to suppress finding that all of the warrants were valid, four of the five search warrants were supported by sufficient probable cause, and the good faith exception applied to the search warrant that was lacking in probable cause. Krajicek was found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: HGH (anabolic steroid) following a stipulated bench trial and sentenced to a term of probation for two years.
Assignment of Error on Appeal: Krajicek assigns the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence.
