Issues:  Appellant alleges that the district court erred: 1) as a matter of law in finding that Appellant was required to have a broker’s license in order to sue for breach of the contract at issue in this case; 2) as a matter of law in finding that no exceptions to the broker licensing statute applied to the Appellant; 3) as a matter of law in finding that Appellant's breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of fair dealing claims failed for lack of a condition precedent; 4) in finding that the Appellant had not satisfied the elements of a cause of action for defamation; 5) in finding that the Appellant had not satisfied the elements of a cause of action for tortious interference with a business relationship or contingency; and 6) in granting Appellees’ motion for summary judgment.
