Workers’ Compensation: Scheduled member injuries

Proceedings Below: The Workers’ Compensation Court found that Appellee suffered scheduled member injuries to both his left leg and left foot with entitlement to temporary total disability benefits for a period, and then permanent total disability benefits thereafter.  On its own motion, the Nebraska Supreme Court ordered this case to be transferred from the docket of the Nebraska Court of Appeals to its docket.

Issues on appeal: Appellant makes the following assignments of error: 1) The trial court erred as a matter of law and fact by finding Appellee suffered scheduled member injuries to both his leg and foot; and 2) The trial court erred as a matter of law and fact in determining Appellee was permanently and totally disabled.
