Issues: Appellant assigns the following errors: 1) The district court erred in determining as a matter of law there was no adverse employment action; 2) The district court erred in finding a lack of causation as a matter of law; 3) The district court erred in finding no evidence of pretext as a matter of law; 4) The district court erred in not considering conduct prior to June 25, 2019; and 5) The district court erred in granting OPD’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing the case.
