Proceedings below: The Poulloses filed a complaint for injunctive relief and quiet title. The district court found for Plaintiffs on their claim of quiet title. Pine Crest appealed. Because the district court failed to address the Poulloses' request for injunctive relief, the Court of Appeals dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The district court then rendered an order addressing both claims, and Pine Crest filed another Notice of Appeal.
