Issues on Appeal: Appellant assigns that the court erred 1) in failing to find that the mother neglected the juveniles under Neb. Rev. Stat. 43-292(2); 2) in finding that there were no reasonable efforts by DHHS, and in finding that reasonable efforts could not be made due to the mother’s incarceration; 3) in concluding that Neb. Rev. Stat. 43-292(7) was not satisfied although the juveniles had been in out-of-home placement for the fifteen months preceding the filings of the petition; the court erred in law in its interpretation of Neb. Rev. Stat. 43-292.02(2) and (3); 4) in failing to find that the mother was unfit when the evidence showed otherwise; and 5) in finding that termination was not in the juveniles’ best interests.
