Proceedings below: On January 25, 2018, the trial court found that the minor child came within the meaning of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-247, specifically Count I, disturbing the peace § 28-132 subdivision 1, by proof beyond a reasonable doubt. On March 27, 2018, the trial court vacated its previous order and ordered the case be set for pretrial.
Issues: Whether the trial court erred when it 1) found that pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-297(1)(g) and (2) the court does not allow no contest pleas from juvenile violators; and 2) vacated the adjudicatory finding and order pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-2106.02.
