Proceedings below: District court affirmed orders of the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights in which the Commission found that RGR Company, LLC, had engaged in housing discrimination against Lionel Simeus. Commission awarded Simeus general and compensatory damages and imposed a civil penalty on RGR.
