There was error in failing to conduct a pre-suspension or post-suspension hearing in violation of due process. 3. There was error in affirming the hearing officer and then allowing the hearing officer to participate in deliberations. 4. There was error in allowing introduction of evidence regarding a previous contract. 5. There was error in using evidence and/or documents which were not received during the hearing. 6. There was error in finding lack of professionalism or insubordination. 7. The decision of the district court as well as the school board was contrary to law and lacking sufficient evidentiary support.
