S-24-0583 Clint Seemann (Appellee) v. Lisa Seemann k/n/a Lisa Newell (Appellant)
Appeal from the District Court for Douglas County, Judge Tressa M. Alioth
Attorneys: Christopher A. Vacanti and William L. Finocchiaro (Vacanti ǀShattuck ǀ Finocchiaro for Appellee) and Frederick D. Stehlik, Alexandria M. Bartel, and John Andrew McWilliams (Gross Welch Marks Clare, P.C., L.L.O. for Appellant).
Civil: Dissolution of marriage and property division
Proceedings below: After a mandate issued in Seemann v. Seemann, 316 Neb. 671, 6 N.W.3d 502 (2024), the district court entered an amended decree of dissolution of marriage, and it denied Appellant’s motion to alter or amend the amended decree of dissolution of marriage.
Issues: Appellant makes the following assignment of error: 1) The trial court erred in failing to divide the parties’ entire marital estate of $10,553,832 equally on remand.
