The Report and Recommendation found that Halstead violated certain provisions of the Nebraska Rules of Professional Conduct and recommended a one year license suspension, satisfactory completion of CLE credits in legal ethics and office management, and a period of supervision upon readmission during which he may not accept guardianship or conservatorship appointments. Respondent filed exceptions to the Referee’s Report.
